What is the best time to inspect our property?
The best time will be prior to completing on you property with your builder, the report we create will put pressure on your builder to rectify the identified defect prior to moving in.
You should arrange an inspection around 2 months before the end of your 2 year defect liability period, again the report will put pressure on the builder to carry out the required repairs in a timely fashion.
You can request an inspection at any time during the 2 year defect liability period if you are experiencing problems with your property or having problems getting your builder to accept liability for the defects. In our experience a report from Quality Assured Inspections usually gets the builder to sort the issues out.
